He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Hull Chase and Charles Cecil Chase; his daughter Joanna; and his daughter-in-law Sue. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chase; and his children, David Chase (Toni) of Casper, Daniel Chase (Sue) of Gilbert and Jane Chase of Fort Collins. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
