He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Schimpf and Myra Schimpf (Tromble); his sister Marge; and his brother-in-law Tom Porter. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Wolfe McPherson; his children, Connie Turner (Michelle), Dixie Hall (James), Tracy Hall and Paul Schimpf (Tanya); and his grandchildren, Michael Turner (Dana), Amanda Turner, Kaylee Schimpf, Lane Schimpf (Emma), Jessica Eddings (Shane), James Nolan Hall (Michelle) and Jake Hall (Caity). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
