He was predeceased by: his parents, Marius Madsen and Dorthea Madsen. He is survived by: his children, Miles Madsen (Myrna) and Vernetta Madsen of Gold Canyon, Arizona; his brother Glenn Madsen of Ellensburg; and his grandchildren, Haley, Aidan and Shelby Madsen.
