He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Shanley and Jewell Shanley (Stetson); his wife Rita (Bunny); his brothers, Len and Brian Shanley; his brother-in-law Ted Smith; and his grandparents, Orville, Anna Stetson (Soester), Frank and Olive Shanley (Cameron).
He is survived by: his brother Drew Shanley (Vicki Rising); his nephew Steven Shanley (Amber); and his sisters, Kris Kanter (Roy), Jan Smith-Shanley and Sharon Jopling (Hugh). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
