He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Baker and Kathie Baker (Robson); his grandparents, Wallace, Claire Baker, Vern Robson and Ruby Carney; and his aunt Cynthia Geelan.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Whitney (Nick Wolfe) of Casper; his nieces and nephews, Crystal Whitney of Louisiana, Amber Whitney of Louisiana, Ira Whitney of Colorado, Samantha Price of Wyoming, Shane Wolfe of Wyoming and Benjamin Wolfe of Wyoming; his close friend Lisa Wickwire (family: Lavelda Wickwire, Crystal Wickwire, Travis Wickwire); and his uncle Mike Geelan (Barbara). He is also survived by cousins and their families, his great nieces and nephews and many close friends.
