He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Thornton Clark and Melville Irving Dunn, II; his wife Patty Dunn; and his sister Mary Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Dunn of Casper, WY and Michele Mitchum of Laramie, WY; and his grandsons, Christopher Laughrey, Max and Mason Holmes.
