As Lelan departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lelan may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lelan leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Armstrong and Lela Armstrong; and his children-in-law, Doug Lindsey and Jackie Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stevens; and his children, John Armstrong (Sandy), Craig Armstrong, Judy Jansen (Larry), Nancy Lindsey, Hugh Wayne Stevens (Minnie) and Billy Don Stevens (Carol). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Bible Chapel (504 N Forest Dr, Casper, WY 82609).
