He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Lugg and Mae Lugg; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Amundson; his daughter Vicki (Vince); his sister Mavis; his grandchildren, Jayson (Taylor) and Stephanie (Keifer); and his great grandchildren, Braxton and Aubrey.
