He is survived by: his sister Joy Shahan; his nieces, Loree Larose and Heather Mahood (Ryan); his great-niece Samantha Writer; his great-nephew Dylan McIntosh (Lindsey); and his close friends, Mike Schierkolk and Lee Thompson.
