He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Kristie Dwinell and Brandy Klinzman; his former wife Edie; his daughter Sarah (Mike); his stepfather Jonathan; his children, Jordan (Leanne) and Melissa; his wife Michele Johnson; his son Jonathan (Melissa); his grandchildren, Michael "Mo" and Molly; his stepmother Margaret Johnson; his siblings, Kenny Bueltel, Ann Rose and Cathy Zehsing; his brother-in-law Mike Modrcin; and his siblings, Bill Johnson and Charlea. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
