He was predeceased by: his parents, Aulden Ellison and Ella Ellison; his uncle Floyd; his wife Nancy Ellison; his stepmother Viola; his parents-in-law, Hendrix and Flora Clayton; his siblings, Jonita Lundsford, Roger Ellison and JB Ellison; his stepsister Peggy May; his brothers-in-law, Alan Lundsford, Robert Caldwell and Kenneth Clayton; his nephews, Daniel Ellison and Leslie Lundsford; and his niece Sharon Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Kuehnel (Ty), Bettie Johnston (John) and Jamie Hobza (Scott); his grandchildren, Steven Goss-Johnston (Sheila), Elizabeth Shoupe, Zaccery Johnston, Johnathan Johnston, Danny Rodriguez, Brianna Mason, Patrick Mason (Bailey), Tyler Mason (Liv), Casey Farley (Nazareth), Catey Schmidt (Steven), Kealey Green (Daniel), Calley Kaltenheuser (Travis) and Kirstey Zorbas (Josh); his siblings, Peggy Jean Caldwell, Venus Ellison (Linda), Carolyn, Ronnie Ellison and Lester Ellison; and his siblings-in-law, Buddy Clayton, Jr. Clayton (Becky) and Wilma Clayton. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
