He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howard Hansen and Mavis Munk; his wife Shelia Swasey; and his brother Louis "Bud" Hansen. He is survived by: his siblings, Thom Hansen, Carol McNew, Richard Hansen and Lynn Hansen. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, (26 blended), 25 great grandchildren.
