She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Harper and Edna M. Riddle. She is survived by: her husband John H. Rosette; her family, Emily, John and Jackson Hole; her friends, Louise and Orville Hakalo; her siblings, Twyla Allen, Lloyd Harper, Robert "Pug" Harper, Nelda Harper, Jack Harper, Lila Richards and Bobbie "Colene" Stoneking; her children, Neil Harper (Carol) of Glenrock and Mary Walter (Rick) of Casper; her grandchildren, Shawnee LaJeunesse (Nate) and Tyke Walter (Olivia) of Casper; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden, Maya, Kiernan and Killian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
