He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary Ann and Carol Lyn Waltman; and his significant other Cindy Hart. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Gail), Doug (Lenora), Mark (Tammy), Dennis (Barbara), Frank Waltman and Patricia Burget.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help offset funeral expenses.
