He is survived by: his spouse Kris; his children, Matthew (Beata), Ciara (Tyler), Casey (Carrie) and Joe (Ellen); his grandchildren, Amanda, Attila, Tibor, Neva, Jack, Logan and Leif; and his siblings, Madonna and Mike. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chuck's name to Paradise Valley Christian Church.
