She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Whitman and Margaret Whitman; her husband Charles Burlingame of Casper, WY; her brothers, Robert Whitman of McKinley, TX and Roy Whitman of Frisco, TX; her sons, David Burlingame of Casper, WY and Ron Burlingame; her daughter-in-law Cecelia Burlingame of Portage, IN; her son Kenneth Burlingame; her daughter-in-law Tracy Burlingame of Parker, CO; and her brother James Whitman. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Catherine's name to the local chapter of Meal on Wheels.
