He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Watson; and his brother-in-law Brad Struckman. He is survived by: his father Harold Watson; and his siblings, Harold Watson Jr. (Kathy) of Sheridan, Debbie Struckman of Sheridan and Becky Firnekas (Dale) of Kaycee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Casper Rescue Mission.

“Bill, was a GREAT GUY, who I got to know real well over the course of the past couple months while staying at The Wyoming Rescue Mission. He was always peaceable, & tried to help out as much as he could; great guy to conversate with! I believe from reading his Obituary, that his sister’s mom is my cousin, Shaunna’s Mother-in-Law.”
