He is survived by: his wife Judith Johnstone of Burns, WY; his children, Jill of Charlevoix, MI, Dishong of Charlevoix, MI, Scott Johnstone of Charlevoix, MI and Shelly of Charlevoix, MI; his grandsons, Brandon Johnstone, Travis Johnstone and Hunter Johnstone; and his siblings, Karen Johnstone-Nachazel of DeWitt, MI, Thomas Zook of Central Lake, MI and John Zook of Central Lake, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Davis Hospice Center of Cheyenne or to the charity of choice would be appreciated.
