He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Rule and Coleen Rule. He is survived by: his wife Barb Rule of Buffalo; his children, Travis Rule (Chanda) of Buffalo and Tiffany Rives (Miles) of Buffalo; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Taylor, Calvin, Lexi and Tess.

Donations in Tom's memory may be made to the Johnson County Search and Rescue at P.O. Box 205 in Buffalo.
