It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Springer (Buffalo, Wyoming), born in Rawlins, Wyoming, who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert and Colleen; her brother Scott; her sister-in-law Stacy of Cody, WY; and her nephew Kyle.
