He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lenz and Susie Lenz. He is survived by: his wife Donita Lenz of Buffalo; his children, Michael Lenz of Buffalo and Melissa Wells (Wesley) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; his siblings, Duane Lenz of Worland, Terry Lenz (Donna) of Minneapolis, Ron Lenz of Sutton and Diane Burton of Minneapolis; and his grandsons, Teagun and Treyton Wells.
Donations in Rick's memory may be made to the Gideon Society or Summit Church in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.
