She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Long and Kate Denman Long; her brother Denny Long (Norman); and her grandson Quinton Sanford. She is survived by: her brother Denman Murray Long; her husband Norman Lee Sanford of Thermopolis; and her sons, Tom, Barney, Norman Lee and Frank. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
