She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stevens and Nellie Stevens; her son Shaun Hastings; and her siblings, Jack Stevens and Pamela Roe.
She is survived by: her husband Dave Chapman of Buffalo; her daughter Kimberly Sanchez of Nevada; and her stepchildren, Chris Chapman of California and Jennifer Vanblair of California.
