She was predeceased by: her parents, Bentura and Anna; and her brother Tony Peralez. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Small of Pennsylvania; her son Ty Hoffman of New York; and her siblings, Dr. Ralph Peralez (Irene) of Iowa, Raymond Peralez (Rose) of California, David Peralez (Sally) of Georgia, Rick Peralez (Linda) of California, Lydia Jimenez (Rob) of California and Connie Chancellor (Tim) of Nebraska. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
