He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dobbin and Gladys Dobbin. He is survived by: his wife Judy of Buffalo; his son Jay Dobbin of Aurora, Colorado; his siblings, Doug Dobbin (Cindy) of Grand Junction, Ron Dobbin (Marge) of Benton, Arizona and Paula Wilson (Lincoln) of Tubac; and his grandchildren, Demi, Sydni Dobbin and Amy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Harness Funeral Chapel (351 N Adams Ave, Buffalo, WY 82834).
Donations in Mr. Dobbin's memory may be made to the St. Francis Animal Shelter at 109 Flat Iron Dr. in Buffalo.
