With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Riggles (Bill, Wyoming), born in Sandstone, Minnesota, who passed away on April 12, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Gervais and Treveline Gervais (Morin); and her son Richard William Riggles. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her daughter Patricia Riggles Gervais; her granddaughters, Jasmine DeVoto of Phoenix, AZ and Crystal Jackson (Robert) of Whigam, GA.; and her brother Robert Gervais (Betty) of Casper, WY. She is also survived by three nieces, a nephew and numerous cousins.
