She is survived by: her husband George; her sons, Richard, Jason Bohm and Zack Bohm; and her siblings, Ralph Phillips, John Phillips (Ginger), Bob Phillips, Pauline Mathis and Carrie Morrison (Randy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
