He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Clark and Shirley Clark; his sons, David and Chase; and his grandchild Ruhel.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie and Triton; his stepchildren, Shannon and Derrik; his grandchildren, Lane, TayEtta, Sydney, AuBrea, Emma, Paesyn, James, Maddox, Jordyn and Kailey; and his siblings, Tana, Cathy, Marvin and Shirlena. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
