Velma Garland-Bulvin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Garland-Bulvin of Basin, Wyoming, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Salsbury and Roxy Milner Salsbury; her husbands, Robert J Garland, Jr. and Benjamin Bulvin; her sons, Thomas R. Garland and William L. Garland; her grandson Thomas M. Garland; her sisters, Irene Smart, Mabel Campbell, Dorothy Sherwood and Betty Bachelor; and her daughter-in-law Louise Neil.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donita Louise Garland (James Harnly) of Bethesda and Wilma Kathryn Harnden (William) of Laramie; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Garland (Wade Ettleman) of Cheyenne. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the South Big Horn Senior Citizens Center in Greybull.
