John E. Japp Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John E. Japp Sr. of Bar Nunn, Wyoming, born in Gillette, Wyoming, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Japp and Elsie Japp (Schuett); and his wife Juanita. He is survived by: his children, John Japp, Jr. (Penny) of Gillette, WY, Jacqueline Brewer (Chris) of Newport News, VA and Julie Martin (Scot) of Spearman, TX; his grandchildren, Aaron Brewer, J. R. Japp (Timber), Nikki Halpain (Brian), Garrett Martin (Heather), Stuart Martin and Malory Foster (Jace); and his sister Ruth Wolff (Harry) of Gillette, WY. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Casper Meals on Wheels or the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center in Casper.
