He is survived by: his wife Deeann of Banner; his sons, Josh Noecker of Cheyenne, WY and David Noecker of Sheridan, WY; his stepson Colin Minor of Denver; and his sister Deanna Matteson of Cody, WY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
