With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Etta Higgins in Banner, Wyoming, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margueritte Whittaker (Moore) and Caldwell Whittaker. She is survived by: her husband Robert Higgins; and her daughters, Susan Merritt and Leilani Swain. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to the Bingo program at the VFW.
