He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Gavin, Garrett, Grant and Kemmerer of Casper, WY; his siblings, Mike Grochowski (Tanya) of Henderson, NV, Lisa Jones (Jeff) of Lake Zurich, IL and Deardra Cote of Columbus, Indiana; his mother-in-law Kathleen Streeter of Sundance, WY; his brother-in-law Clinton Streeter (Karey) of Wright, WY; and his caregivers, Abby, Meagan and Joshua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
