He was predeceased by: his parents, George Givens and Ellen Givens; and his brother-in-law Ron Groathouse. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Trenton Givens (Jen), Ronald Jayson Givens (Erin Thompson), J. D. Tarbet, Dalton Givens, Ember Stewart (Kevin) and Emmi Tarango (Waldo); and his siblings, Guy Givens, Dode Givens, Britt Givens, John Pat Givens, Judy Groathouse and Beth "Missy" Givens Posey. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
