He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony M. Bell and Delphia Bell (Sage); his grandparents, Isaac White Bull Bell and Agnes Posey Bell; and his siblings, Anna Rita Bell, Alberta Bell, Annarita Bell, Tommy Bell, Pius Bell, Teddy Bell and Peter Bell.
He is survived by: his brothers, Marty and Roger Bell; and his aunt Patricia Dodge.
