He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip "Tito" Hurtado and Verna Hurtado; and his wife Violet Hurtado. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Dawn Hurtado, Orelia Ann Hurtado and Phillip Warren; and his grandchildren, Danielle Negeria, Amy Lawson, John Robert Peterson, Ashley Hadaham and Christopher Deana. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
