He is survived by: his father Duane Russell Bell, Sr.; his wife Wardeena Moss; his stepmother Sadie Bell; his children, Thomas Dean Moss, Sr., Dean Darwin Moss, Marlin James Oldman, Gary Thomas Moss, Jr., Joseph Thomas Moss, Jeremy Oldman, Shaynelle Hill, Jaidyn K. Bell-Ivey (Dwayne), Tara L. Bell (Jaison Underwood), Wynnette M. Bell, Alexis Bell, Tonya Bell, Angelina Bell and Alissa Bell; his grandchildren, Kody, Arturo, Elaine, Samantha and Alianna; his siblings, Mike Mashburn, Charlie Mashburn, Darrell Bell, Sr., Daniel Bell, Dave Bell, Byron "BJ" Bell, Lynette Bell, Mary Bell, Dawn Teller and Dee Wanstall; and his aunts and uncles, Aloise Bell, Jake Bell, Tyron Bell, Phillip Bell, Karen Brown, Angela Spoonhunter, Willamena Spoonhunter and Dawn Michelle Spoonhunter.
