He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Forrest Cullimore and Dot Mitchell Cullimore. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Leslie Lewis (Lynn), Chris Cullimore (Shannon), Amy VanderDoes (Joe), Leisha Erickson (Logan) and Mitch Cullimore. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
