She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin E. Logue and Mabel Logue; and her brother Gary Logue. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Mosley; her children, Rebecca Hamm Kleverov, Tyler Hamm, Rossi Piltz, David Mosley and Daniel Mosley; and her brothers, Morris and Joe Logue.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, UT in Judy's name, as this cause was dear to her heart.
