He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Napples and Anna Napples; and his children, Brenda Napples, Tom Napples and Joe Napples.

He is survived by: his former wife Thelma Clumpner; and his wife Louise Leavitt Barnes. He is also survived by 6 children, 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
