She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Head and Malinda Sprouse Head; her husband Joshua Collis, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Head, Kenneth Head, Catherine Johnson, Joyce Adkins and Bonnie Dalton.
She is survived by : her children, Joshua "J. J." Collis, Jr. of Yukon, WV and Christel Collis Hagy of King, NC.; her grandson Joshua "Trey" Collis III; her sisters, June Lewis, Lula Mae Dobbins, Lorraine Crouse, Victoria Lambert and Lovesa Moran (Bill Adams); and her birth mother Ruby Moran.
