He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garland Parker and Gladys Mae Parker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Parker; his sister Nancy Sandford of Hampton, VA; and his children, Linda Whiteley, Sherie Orton (Willie), Leanne Parker and Heidi Parker (Bill). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
