He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris Rymer and Della Garrett Rymer; his wife Ann Gae Rymer; his daughter Susan; and his siblings, Betty McComas, William Ray Rymer and Robert Ross.
He is survived by: his son Kent (Carol) of South Charleston; his granddaughter Emily Bennett (James); and his great grandchild Cameron Bennett of Scott Depot.
