He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H., Sr. and Ethel Virginia Jarvis Snodgrass; his children, Christal Guthrie, Regina Sowards and James "Jim" Guthrie; and his brothers, Charles "Butch" and Harvey Snodgrass.
He is survived by: his wife Willa Snodgrass; his children, Frederick Lee "Butch" Snodgrass, II, Shanin Egnor, Angela Adkins, Vikkie Kuhn and Karen Guthrie; and his siblings, Carol Richards, Betty Jo Boggess, Debbie Carter and Richard Snodgrass. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
