He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Campbell McIntyre; his children, Melodie Potoczny (Mike) of Worthington, Melinda McDonald of Worthington, Clay McIntyre (Maria) of Worthington and Chad McIntyre (Amanda) of Monongah; his grandchildren, Michael Potoczny (Rachel), Kari Woodman (Jason), Meagan Jeffries (Robert), Justin McDonald, Hunter, Tara McIntyre, Danica Malcomb, Yoiner and Nicolle Ceballos; and his sister Sylvia Duckworth (Robert) of Shinnston. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
