She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rowand and Virginia Rowand; and her sister Dawn Price of Van Buren, MO.. She is survived by: her husband Harley Dean Swiger Jr. of Worthington, WV; her children, Harley Dean Swiger III (Natalie) of Worthington, WV, Amber Raeann Swiger of Worthington, WV, Wendy Michele Richmond (Brian) of Denver, CO, Greg Swiger of Bridgeport, WV and Lori Jackson (Steve) of Hendersonville, NC.; her grandchildren, Harley Swiger IV, Kaylie Swiger, Marc Richmond, Baron Richmond, Joshua Swiger, Jordan Swiger, Jacob Swiger, Brittany Whitehead, Caroline Jackson, Gabriel Jackson, Hannah Jackson and Delaney Jackson; and her brothers, John Rowand (Beverly) of Schertz, TX and Kip Rowand (Debra) of Monongah, WV.
