He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lewis Chipps Sr. and Betty Lee Davis Chipps; and his brothers, Richard Chipps and Clyde H Chipps. He is survived by: his son Toby Allen Chipps; and his siblings, Lucille Davis, Ann Chipps Riley (Charles), John Chipps, Missy and Hepizabah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
