Though James may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jackson and Jo Leah Cottrell Mullins; and also Michael Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Tabatha Campbell and Timothy T. J. Mullins of Nitro; his sisters, Jackie Thomas of The Colony, TX and Nora Laws of Winifrede; his grandchildren, Jocalyn Halstead, Joseph Wray, Randall Campbell III and Lillian Campbell; and his friend Larry Rouse. He is also survived by cousin: June Cox, many other cousins and nieces, nephews.
