She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Eugene Cooper Sr.; her son Donald E. Cooper Jr.; her parents, Patsy Lutsy and Belle Smith Lutsy; and her siblings, Ritchie, Arthur, Gene, Lonnie Lutsy, Martha Little and Lorene "Choe" Kirk.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Baxter (Charles) of Charleston; her granddaughters, Erica Hudson (Daniel) of Glasgow, Jennifer Cantley (Aaron) of Ronda and Cindy Hudnall (Shane) of Kanawha City; and her siblings, Bob Lutsy and Sue Elkins. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
