He is survived by: his wife Carla Clark Evans of Winifrede; his sons, Donnie Lee Smith (Gena) of Teays Valley and Corey Evans (Tiffany) of Charleston; his siblings, Barbara Armentrout (Frank) of Winifrede, Betty Casdorph (Mike) of Clarksville, TN, Billy Evans (Ella) of Georges Creek and Alice Starks (Don) of Kellys Creek; his sister-in-law Mary Evans of Fairmont; and his grandchildren, Isaac Eugene Smith and Holden Blake Evans. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
